All deposits are non-refundable, and non-transferable. The deposit is a retainer used to save a specific date and time for your appointment. This retainer also ensures that your artist is compensated for their design and preparation time. Your deposit will be used towards the total amount of your tattoo, upon completion. All deposits are valid for 6 months after the date of purchase.

Deposits can be forfeited due, but not limited to, the following reasons:

• Deposit expiration: All deposits are valid for up to 6 months after purchase date, with no more than 2 reschedules available before forfeiture.

• No Call/No Show to your appointment.

• Rescheduling your original appointment date more than 2 times.

• Leaving deposit for more than 30 days without contact (for original appointment or to reschedule an original appointment).

• Arriving to your appointment date 30 minutes late with no communication to your artist or the studio.
